The Best of Trujillo (2D/1N)

Day 1: Trujillo arrival

Reception at the airport or bus station and transfer to your hotel. Visit the old town to observe beautiful decorated local houses with magnificent portals, balconies, and courts. Visit to the Plaza de Armas and the Cathedral. Visit to the museum of the University of Trujillo. In the afternoon visit to "Las Huacas del Sol y de la Luna" located on the Moche countryside. These pyramids show beautifully decorated polychrome mud murals and walls. Return to the Hotel.

Day 2: Trujillo

Morning visit to the famous Chan Chan Ruins considered the largest mud city in the world and declared Cultural Patrimony of the Humanity. Later on visit Huanchaco Beach were you would observe the traditional fishermen with their "Caballitos de Totora" (reed boats). Transfer to the airport, bus station or program extension. (B).
