ECOPP04 Puno – Copacabana - La Paz (Bolivia) 4D/3N

Day 1: Puno – Titicaca Lake - Puno

Morning reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel in the city of Puno. In the afternoon transfer to the port where we board a local boat to navigate towards the amazing Uros, the unique reed floating islands located on Titicaca Lake, the higher lake in the world. Here live the Indian community of Uros and we will have the opportunity to learn about their way of life. Afternoon return to the port and transfer to the hotel in Puno.
Note: Tour to Uros Island is in pool (shared tour with other participants).

Day 2: Puno – Copacabana (Bolivia)

Transfer to the bus station in Puno where we take a shared (in pool) tourist bus to the small port of Copacabana (approximately 3 hrs bus ride). On the way will pass through the small Andean towns of Juli and Pomata in Peru. Pass of the border and arrival in Copacabana (Bolivia). Hotel accommodation. After check in the hotel we make a short guided city tour to visit to the city and surroundings, the main square and the Cathedral. Return to the hotel. (B).

Day 3: Copacabana – Sun Island – La Paz

Breakfast. In the morning 1/2 day excursion to the Sun Island. This legendary and ancestral island belongs to the origins of the Inca Empire and here will enjoy visiting their temples, archaeology heritage, Inca trails, agricultural works and others. In the afternoon we take a shared (in pool) tourist bus to the city of La Paz. Arrival and transfer to your hotel in La Paz. (B).

Day 4: La Paz transfer out.

Morning transfer to the airport or bus station. (B).
