Day 3:    SACRED VALLEY - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
Breakfast. Transfer to the train station in Ollanta followed by a beautiful train ride towards Aguas Calientes village. Arrival and by public bus transport to the main entrance of the world famous Machu Picchu Inca ruins. Guided tour to enjoy one of the most impressive ruins in South America. Late afternoon public bus to Aguas Calientes and return to Cusco by train. Transfer to the Hotel in Cusco. (B).

Day 4:    CUSCO CITY & NEARBY RUINS
Breakfast. Morning visit to the nearby ruins of Cusco: Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, Tambo Machay, including a visit to the Qorikancha Temple. Free afternoon. Hotel in Cusco. (B).

Day 5:    CUSCO - LIMA
Transfer to the airport and flight to Lima. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon tour through the colonial town visiting the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, San Francisco Church an its impressive "Catacombs". Later on we head towards the modern Lima, the districts of San Isidro and Miraflores, followed by a visit to the "Gold Museum", which contains some of the world’s most famous gold artifacts of the Inca and Pre-Inca civilizations. DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN LIMA

Day 2:    LIMA – NAZCA – ICA
Breakfast. Starting early in the morning we will be driving south towards Nazca city. Upon arrival immediate transfer to the airport for the Nazca Lines over-flight, one of the greatest mysteries of South America. Giant geometrical lines resembling land strips, intriguing figures such as a condor, monkey spider, etc. As free bonus and if weather conditions allow it, we will also over flight The Aqueducts. Transport to Ica. Hotel (B).

Day 3:    ICA – BALLESTAS – LIMA
Breakfast. Morning visit to Ballestas Islands, where we will observe sea lions, cormorants, pelicans, gannets an other abundant sea birds together with a nice view of the Pacific Ocean. Visit to Paracas National Reserve. Transport back to Lima. Hotel accommodations. B).

Day 4:    LIMA - CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY

After lunch, at km 32. southward on the Pan-American Highway will take you to the entrance of the Pachacamac Ruins, an important pre-Inca Sanctuary, where you can explore the Sun and Moon temples built in pyramidal platforms. Day 3:    LIMA - CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport in Lima, flight to Cusco. Arrival and reception at the airport. Transport to the Sacred Valley. Visit Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Overnight in a local Hotel in the Sacred Valley. (B,L).

Day 4:    SACRED VALLEY - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
Breakfast. Transfer to Ollanta train station and departure with a tourist train to Aguas Calientes. Drive by public bus to Machu Picchu. Entrance. Tour Guide . Late afternoon drive to Aguas Calientes by public bus. Train to Cusco. Arrival and transfer to the Hotel in Cusco. (B).

Day 5:    CUSCO CITY & NEARBY RUINS

Day 6:    CUSCO – PUNO
Breakfast. Transport towards Puno. First visit to the Andahuaylillas Temple, were we can observe beautiful 17th century frescoes and a splendid gold-leafed main altar. Continuing will pass Urcos village and stop in Sicuani for lunch. Then pass through the Nudo del Vilcanota, which is the highest crossing point of the White and Black Cordillera de Los Andes (5000 ms). Stop at La Raya where herd of vicuñas can be seen. Continuing to Puno and hotel accommodation (B,L).

Day 7:    PUNO – TITICACA LAKE (UROS & TAQUILE)
From your hotel transfer to the shores of Titicaca Lake and visit by boat to Uros, the unique floating islands located on Titicaca Lake. On this group of 40 big island-like packs of floating totora (reeds), Uros natives continue living like their ancestors, preserving its costumes and their own system of communal life. Later on we continue to visit the Taquile Island, where are still living descendants from the Incas and they spin the finest woven goods in Peru. Return to Puno and transfer to your hotel. (B,L).

Day 8:    PUNO – SILLUSTANI – TRANSFER OUT
Breakfast. Morning visit to the Chullpas de Sillustani, tower made from circular stones and which were used as the burial site of the ancient Hatun Colla chiefs in the pre – Inca times. Transfer to the airport. Flight to Lima. Hotel. (B,L).

Day 3:    LIMA - CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport in Lima, flight to Cusco. Arrival and reception at the airport. Transport to the Sacred Valley for a visit to Pisac ruins and the impressive fortress of Ollantaytambo. Overnight in a local Hotel in the Sacred Valley. (B,L).

Day 4:    SACRED VALLEY - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO

Day 5:    CUSCO CITY & NEARBY RUINS
Morning visit to the Qorikancha Temple (or Temple of the Sun). City tour by the colonial streets, the Cathedral or Mayor Church where you may observe more than 300 hundred paints of the Cusqueño art and other beautiful artworks. After lunch we will visit to the nearby and impressive ruins of Cusco: Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, Tambo Machay. Return to the hotel in Cusco. (B).

Day 6:    CUSCO – PUNO
Breakfast. Transport towards Puno. The bus will head south-east. First visit to the Andahuaylillas Temple, were will observe beautiful 17th century frescoes and a splendid gold-leafed main altar. Continuing will pass Urcos village and stop in Sicuani for lunch by your own. Later pass through Sicuani town. Then pass through the Nudo del Vilcanota, which is the highest crossing point of the White and Black Cordillera de Los Andes (4200 ms). Arrival and hotel accommodation in Puno. (B).

Day 7:    PUNO – TITICACA LAKE- AMANTANI
Full day excursion to the tourist paradise of Amantani Island. World famous hand weavings and ancient communal way of life will be admired. Overnight in local Family Houses. (B,L,D)

Day 8:    AMANTANI – UROS - PUNO
After a typical breakfast in a Family House in Amantani, continuing with our fascinating excursion on the Titicaca Lake, we will visit the Uros Floating Islands. Here you will see a group of 40 big island-like packs of floating totora (reeds), where Uros continue living like their ancestors, preserving its costumes and idiosyncrasy, but above all, their own system of communal life. Day 9:    PUNO – TIWANAKU - LA PAZ (BOLIVIA)
Breakfast. Transport to Desaguadero. Frontier pass to Bolivia (change transport). Continue transport to La Paz; on the way visit Tiwanaku pre-Inca ruins. After this visit continue on the road with final arrival to La Paz. Hotel accommodations.  (B,L).

Day 10:    COPACABANA - SUN ISLAND – PTO. PEREZ.

Breakfast.  Full day excursion to the Sun and Moon  Islands. This legendary and ancestral island belongs to the origins of the Inca Empire and here will enjoy visiting their temples, archaeology heritage, Inca trails, and agricultural works among other things. Day 11:    PTO. PEREZ – TIWANAKU - LA PAZ
After breakfast transport to the pre-Inca ruins of Tijuana, one of the most important ruins in Bolivia and where we will observe the under grown and Kalasasaya temples, the agricultural hydraulic systems and other important relics still there as evidences of the ancestral ceremonial centre of the Tiwanaku Empire. Later on we continue towards the capital of Bolivia. Hotel accommodation in La Paz.  (B,L).

Day 3:    ICA - NAZCA - ICA
Early morning will be driving to Nazca for the optional Nazca Lines over-flight, one of the greatest mysteries of South America. Giant geometrical lines resembling land strips, intriguing figures such as a condor, monkey spider, etc. As free bonus and if the weather conditions allow it, we will over flight The Aqueducts. Here we will also visit the Nazca Artesian and Cultural Center where the Italian Museum is, containing original pieces of the Nazca Lines; and also see how the artesian people do in ceramic, some copies of the original Huacos; and how they obtain the gold in an artesian way too.  Transport back. Day 6:    AREQUIPA - CHIVAY (COLCA CANYON TOUR 2D/1N)
Morning drive towards the Aguada National Reserve where you can observe heard of Vicuñas on the high plateaux. On the way enjoy nice views of the Volcanoes: Misti, Chachani and Ampato. Box lunch on the way and finally arrival in Chivay Town. Overnight in a local hotel. (B, BL).

Day 7:    CHIVAY - AREQUIPA
Early morning starts our journey towards “Cruz del Condor” to observe the impressive flight of the Condor, the “King of the Andes”. From here we get a view of the famous Colca Canyon, the deepest in the world. Return to Chivay continuing afterwards back to Arequipa where we will arrive late in the afternoon. Day 8:    AREQUIPA - JULIACA - PUNO
Flight to Juliaca and transfer to Puno City. On the way visit the Chullpas de Sillustani, the burial site of the ancient Hatun Colla chiefs and located on the shores of the solitary Umayo Lake. On their own and after arrival in the hotel, passengers can visit the main square and have the opportunity to appreciate the Indian Market in the city of Puno and all the surroundings in this area. Day 3:    LIMA - CHICLAYO
Transfer to the airport in Lima from where we flight to Chiclayo, located on the north coast of Peru. Transfer to your hotel. After check in we will visit the Tucume archaeological complex composed of 26 adobe pyramids. In the afternoon visit to Huaca Rajada an archaeological complex of two pyramids and where we will find the famous tomb of the Mochica Leader known as the Lord of Sipan. Here we will also have the opportunity to visit the Sipan Museum. Late evening return to your hotel in Chiclayo. (B).

Day 4:CHICLAYO - TRUJILLO
Our program will begin early in the morning visiting the Local Market and the "Mercado de Brujos", continuing with the Brunning Museum in Lambayeque City, which contains wonderful gold and silver pieces of the Mochica and Chimu cultures. We continue driving towards Trujillo city. In the afternoon visit to the famous Chan Chan Ruins, considered the largest mud city in the world and declared Cultural Patrimony of the Humanity. It was the nucleus of the Chimu culture in the 12th century. By the sunset time we will be in Huanchaco Beach were you will see the traditional artesian fishers with their "Caballitos de Totora” (reed boats). Hotel. (B).  

Day 5:    TRUJILLO - LIMA - ICA
Starting early in the morning transfer from the hotel to the airport in Trujillo, from where we will be flying to Lima. Arrival in Lima and immediately private car will transport you towards Ica. On the way we will be visiting an artesian pisco and wine factory.  Arrival in Ica. Hotel accommodation. Lunch at your own. Free afternoon. (B).

Day 6:    ICA - NAZCA - ICA
Early morning will be driving to Nazca for the optional Nazca Lines over-flight, one of the greatest mysteries of South America. Giant geometrical lines resembling land strips, intriguing figures such as a condor, monkey spider, etc. As free bonus and if the weather conditions allow it, we will also over flight The Aqueducts. Here we will also visit the Nazca Artesian and Cultural Centre where the Italian Museum is, containing original pieces of the Nazca Lines; and also see how the artesian people do in ceramic, some copies of the original Huacos; and how they obtain the gold in an artesian way too.  Transport back. Day 7:    ICA - BALLESTAS - LIMA
In the morning will be driving north back to visit the Ballestas Islands, where we will observe sea lions, cormorants, pelicans, gannets an other abundant sea birds together with a nice view of the Pacific Ocean. After, we will visit the Paracas National Reserve and the Julio C. Tello Museum. Evening arrival back and Hotel accommodation in Lima. (B).

Day 8:    LIMA - AREQUIPA
From Lima flight towards Arequipa, one of the most beautiful areas in Peru.  Transfer in and visit the “White” City” including Santa Catalina Monastery, Mansión del Fundador, El Molino de Sabandía and La Momia de Ampato (Ampato Mummy). Hotel Accommodation in Arequipa.  (B).

Day 9:    AREQUIPA - CHIVAY (COLCA CANYON 2D/1N)
Early morning drive towards the Aguada National Reserve where you will observe Vicuñas wandering on the high plateaux. On the way we will enjoy nice views of the Volcanoes: Misti, Chachani and Ampato. Box lunch on the way and finally arriving at Chivay Town. Hotel in Chivay. (B, BL).

Day 10:    CHIVAY – COLCA CANYON - AREQUIPA
Early morning starts our journey towards “Cruz del Condor” to observe the impressive flight of the Condor, the “King of the Andes”. From here we get a view of the famous Colca Canyon. Return to Chivay for a short visit to “La Calera Hot Springs” continuing afterwards back to Arequipa where we will arrive late in the afternoon. Transfer to your hotel. (B, BL).

Day 11:    AREQUIPA - JULIACA - PUNO
From Arequipa flight to Juliaca. Drive from Juliaca to Puno. On the way visiting the Tombs or Chullpas de Sillustani, the burial site of the ancient Hatun Colla chiefs; located on the shores of the solitary Umayo Lake. Arriving in Puno pax on their own can visit the main square and have the opportunity to appreciate the Indian Market in the city of Puno and all the surroundings in this area. Day 12:    PUNO - TITICACA LAKE
Full day excursion to the tourist paradise of Amantani Island. World famous hand weavings and ancient communal way of life will be admired. Overnight in local Family Houses. (B,L,D)

Day 13:    TITICACA LAKE - PUNO
After a typical breakfast in a Family House in Amantani, continuing with our fascinating excursion on the Titicaca Lake, we will visit the Taquile Island on the Titicaca Lake; then will visit the Uros Floating Islands. Here you will see a group of 40 big island-like packs of floating totora (reeds), where Uros continue living like their ancestors, preserving its costumes and idiosyncrasy, but above all, their own system of communal life. Day 14:    PUNO - CUSCO
Bus transport to Cusco. On the way stop at La Raya where herd of Vicuñas can be seen. Visit Sicuani where you can have lunch at your own. After this will be visiting the Raqchi Temple of Wiracocha and finally a visit to the beautiful Chapel of Andahuaylillas.  Hotel in Cusco. (B).

Day 15:    CUSCO - SACRED VALLEY

Early morning transfer to the Ollanta train station and departure with a local train to Aguas Calientes. Day 17:    MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
On your own this morning you can again make a new visit to Machu Picchu or climb the Huayna Picchu Mountain to have a nice view of the Moon Temple or perhaps walk on the beautiful surroundings of Aguas Calientes. Late afternoon drive to Aguas Calientes by public bus and return to Cusco by train. Hotel in Cusco. (B).

Day 18:    CUSCO CITY & NEARBY RUINS
Morning visit to the Qorikancha Temple (or Temple of the Sun). City tour by the colonial streets, the Cathedral or Mayor Church where you may observe more than 300 hundred paints of the Cusqueño art and other beautiful works. After this visit the nearby and impressive ruins of Cusco: Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, Tambo Machay. Return to the hotel in Cusco. Free afternoon. (B).

Day 19:    CUSCO - PUERTO MALDONADO
In the morning transfer to the airport in Cusco and flight to Puerto Maldonado. Reception in the airport followed by a small tour of Puerto Maldonado´s colourful markets before crossing town to the river Madre de Dios. Here the motorised canoe waits to take you to our jungle Lodge. Once settled into the typical bungalows, the adventure begins with a trip to an historical boat, the Fitzcarrald, stranded well within the jungle a good 400 meters from the river. Lunch and a short “siesta” rest precede a 3/4-hour walk introducing you to the Amazonian forest. Back to the lodge and dinner. (B, L, D).

Day 20:    PUERTO MALDONADO
Early in the morning, a dawn trip to a parrot clay lick, known locally as "collpas", to witness a phenomenal behaviour where resident species of parrot and parakeet come to breakfast on clay.  Breakfast back at the lodge. Then back on the river for an 8km trip downstream to the Monkey Island. Lunch. The afternoon takes us on a 5km walk through vast palm swamps to reach the hidden paradise of Lake Sandoval. Here we have the chance to find the rare “River Wolves” (giant otters), monkeys swinging along the shores and a huge variety of fishes including the infamous piranha. As dusk descends we look for the large black caiman in the lake before an adventurous nocturnal hike back to the river. Back to the lodge and Dinner. (B, L, D).

Day 21:    PUERTO MALDONADO - LIMA
After breakfast transfer to the airport and flight back to Lima. Transfer to your Hotel in Lima. Farewell dinner in a typical restaurant with folklore music. (B,D).

Day 14:    COPACABANA - SUN ISLAND - LA PAZ

Breakfast.  Full day excursion to the Sun Island. This legendary and ancestral island belongs to the origins of the Inca Empire and here will enjoy visiting their temples, archaeology heritage, Inca trails, agricultural works and others. Continue transport to La Paz. Arrival and hotel accommodation. (B).


Day 15:    THE CITY OF LA PAZ

Breakfast. City tour visiting the famous Mercado de Brujas (Witch’s Market), San Francisco Church, and tour continue until the Murillo Main Square, where the Cathedral, Government Palace and the National Congress are located. After this, will be visiting the famous colonial street named Jaén, where we can visit four interesting museums situated in this street. Changing our stage, the tour will continue through the well-known residential areas of La Paz, such as Obrajes, Calacoto and La Florida. Finally will arrive to the great Valley of the Moon. Return to the hotel in La Paz. (B).


Day 16:    LA PAZ - UYUNI

Breakfast. Transport (combination bus & train) from La Paz to Uyuni village, situated at the border of the world famous "Salar de Uyuni". Arrival and hotel accommodation in Uyuni. (B):

Day 9: GALAPAGOS-QUITO.
Morning visit to Seymour Island. This is the home of the largest colony of magnificent frigate birds in the Galapagos.
