Peru:
Day 1: Lima.
Lima arrival. Transfer to the hotel of your choice.
Day 2: Lima – Cusco - Urubamba.
Early morning transfer to the airport to take our flight (40 min) to the city of Cusco, the ancient Capital of the Inca Empire. After arrival we start our tour driving towards the Incas Sacred Valley. Visit to Pisac Inca Ruins and the Indian market. Visit Ollaytantambo fortress. Hotel. (B, L).
Day 3: Urubamba - Machu Picchu – Aguas Calientes.
After breakfast transfer to Ollanta train Station. From here we start a 1-hour train ride along the impressive Vilcanota River canyon. After our arrival in Aguas Calientes Town, a 30 min bus ride will take us to the entrance of the citadel for a guided tour in the world famous Machu Picchu ruins. Late in the afternoon bus back to Aguas Calientes. Hotel. (B).
Day 4: Aguas Calientes – Ollanta – Cusco.
In the morning we will have a free time to enjoy the surroundings of Aguas Calientes (or perhaps an optional second tour to Machu Picchu). At midday train back to Ollanta station and from there by car transport to Cusco. (B).
Day 5: Cusco Free day.
You will have a full day in this enchanting city to visit the so many touristic attractions or just relax and do the last shoppings. Hotel. B.
Day 6: Cusco – Puno.
Breakfast. Using the comfortable shared Inka Express Tourist bus transport we travel towards Puno. The bus will follow south-east. First visit to the Andahuaylillas Temple, were will observe beautiful 17th century frescoes and a splendid gilded main altar. Continuing will pass Urcos village and then stop at Raqchi for a visit to the Viracocha Inca Temple. Later on stop at Sicuani for lunch (included). Then we pass La Raya high point on the Vilcanota range, which is the highest crossing point of the White and Black Cordillera de Los Andes (4200 ms). Arrival in Puno and hotel accommodation. (B, L).
Day 7: Puno – Uros – Taquile.
From your hotel transfer to the shores of Titicaca Lake and visit by boat to Uros, the unique floating islands located on Titicaca Lake. On this group of 40 big island-like packs of floating totora (reeds), Uros natives continue living like their ancestors, preserving its costumes and their own system of communal life. Later on we continue to visit the Taquile Island, where are still living descendants from the Incas and they spin the finest woven goods in Peru. Return to Puno and transfer to your hotel. (B, L).
Day 8: Cusco – Lima - Quito
Transfer to the airport and flight to Lima from where we will take our flight to the city of Quito, the capital of Ecuador. Arrival in Quito and transfer to your hotel. In the evening we enjoy a night City tour of the old Town. Hotel. B
Ecuador:
Day 9: Quito
In the morning we take the teleferico for an enjoyable ride up to the Cruz Loma hill from where we have a splendid view of the city and the surrounding volcanoes. In the afternoon we visit to the monument on the Equator Line. Hotel. (B).
Day 10: Quito – Otavalo – Quito.
In the morning drive towards the town of Otavalo. Visit the market, Cotacachi village, Cuicocha Lake and San Antonio de Ibarra. Hotel in Quito. (B).
Day 11: Cotopaxi National Park.
This day we will enjoy a tour to visit the beautiful Cotopaxi National Park. The area offers us great views of the impressive Cotopaxi Volcano and the surrounding mountains. Transport back to Quito. Hotel. (B, LB).
Day 12: Quito – Galapagos.
Transfer to the airport and flight to Galapagos. Starts a 4-day cruise in one of our boats. Itinerary will depend of the choosen boat. (B, L, D).
Day 13: Galapagos. (B, L, D).
Day 14: Galapagos. (B, L, D).
Day 15: Galapagos - Quito.
In the morning last visit in Galapagos and then transfer to the airport to take your flight back to Quito. Hotel. (B).
Day 16: Quito transfer out. (B).
