Cajamarca–Kuelap–Cajamarca (3D/2N)

Day 1: Cajamarca - Kuelap  

Cajamarca arrival. Private transport with a stop in the charming town of Celendin where you can observe the artisan handicrafts made from straw. Continue afterwards to the shores of the Marañon River and finally we arrive to the town of Chillo, close kilometres of Tingo village. Hotel. (D).

Day 2: Kuelap

Breakfast. Morning visit to the impressive fortress and citadel of Kuelap partially covered with vegetation and built up in the top of a hill. Inside will observe more than 400 buildings of circular base and scattered within 6 hectares of land, surpassing "El Castillo", "El Tintero", "Pueblo Alto" and others. In the afternoon drive back to Chillo. Hotel. (B, L, D).

Day 3: Kuelap - Cajamarca

Breakfast. Transport back to Cajamarca on the way on visiting "La Jalca" stone church and the small museum of Leimebamba. Arrival in Cajamarca in the afternoon and transfer to the airport, bus station or program extension. (B).
